Cultural monuments are protected by law and must be entered in a register, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not exhaustive, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned up. All ‘cultural monuments of particular importance’ previously entered in the old ‘memorial book’ under the Monument Protection Act of before 2015 have been automatically included in the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been finally updated (description, scope of protection). The lists of districts are divided into alphabetical series of their municipalities and within the municipalities (and non-district cities) by - Monument areas - Populations - Majorities of construction works - Buildings (individual monuments) - Parts of structures - Grounds - Movable cultural monuments - Other cultural monuments
文化遗产（cultural monuments）受法律保护，且必须纳入登记名册，即所谓的文物名录（list of monuments）。相关所有权人将收到其财产被纳入该文物名录的通知。与此同时，本平台同步发布该文物名录，并每周进行更新维护。该文物名录并非穷尽式收录，而是处于持续审核、增补与清理的动态更新状态中。 此前依据2015年之前的《文物保护法（Monument Protection Act）》被载入旧版"纪念名录册"的所有"具有特殊重要性的文化遗产"，现已自动纳入新版文物名录，但其相关登记信息（包括描述文本、保护范围）尚未完成最终更新。 各行政区名录先按下辖市镇（及非设区城市）的名称字母顺序分组，在各市镇（及非设区城市）范围内则按照以下类别进行分类： - 文物保护区（Monument areas） - 人口聚居区（Populations） - 大型建筑工程（Majorities of construction works） - 单体建筑（独立文物）（Buildings (individual monuments)） - 建筑局部（Parts of structures） - 场地（Grounds） - 可移动文化遗产（Movable cultural monuments） - 其他文化遗产（Other cultural monuments）
