This study aimed to characterize transcriptomic alterations in murine aortic valves following conditional deletion of Hdac3 in valvular interstitial cells. By comparing gene expression profiles between control and Hdac3-deficient valves, we aimed to identify molecular pathways regulated by HDAC3 that are crucial for maintaining aortic valve structure and function.
