This repository contains all processed data and analysis scripts used in the study "Microhabitat-specific restructuring of soil protist communities along a tropical land-use intensification gradient". Contents:- analysis_code/: R scripts for preprocessing, diversity analyses, niche classification, and SEM- processed_data/: processed abundance tables and metadata- README.md: instructions for reproducing the analyses All analyses were conducted in R (version 4.4.0).
