AI results complementing the 2020 Annual Report on surveillance for Avian Influenza in poultry and wild birds in Member States of the European Union - Slovenia

This dataset contains the results of the EU co-funded surveillance activities conducted in 2020, which consisted of: Serological surveys to monitor the circulation of AIV subtypes H5 and H7 in poultry (active surveillance). These surveys should preferentially target poultry species or production systems with increased risk for introduction of avian influenza (AI). Passive surveillance aiming at the virological detection of AI in wild birds found dead or moribund.本数据集收录了2020年由欧盟（EU）联合资助的监测活动成果，具体包含两项内容：其一为用于监测家禽中禽流感病毒（Avian Influenza Virus, AIV）H5、H7亚型传播循环的血清学调查（主动监测（active surveillance）），此类调查应优先针对存在禽流感（Avian Influenza, AI）传入风险升高的家禽品类或生产系统开展；其二为针对病死或濒死野生鸟类实施的禽流感病毒学检测被动监测（passive surveillance）。
