A Quizalofop-p-ethyl-degrading bacterial strain YC-XJ1 was isolated from farmland near the desert region in Gansu province of China. In the presence of methanol, its co-metabolic degradation substrate included Aromatic oxyphenoxypropionic acid esters (AQPPs), some of Organophosphorus flame retardant (OFR) and Phthalic Acid Esters (PAE) , reveal a broad substrate and a great application potential. Threrfore, Complete genome sequence of strain YC-XJ1 was performed by PacBio Sequencing platform to find the degrading genes and obtain the relevant informatuion of the whole genome.
