Instructions for opening purchase invoices to municipalities – PROGRAMME OFFERED

This guideline has become obsolete and a new guide has been published in May 2021 by the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities, which is recommended to be used in the future when opening municipal purchase invoices. Obsolete instructions will be kept online for the time being if users wish to compare, for example, changes to the guide. The new guidelines take better account of local government financial administration legislation and other new changes, so it is recommended that this guide is no longer used to support the opening of purchase invoices.
