Genotyping Data From Subjects With Brain Lesions

These data are from subjects with adult diffuse glioma (IDH wildtype, IDH mutant/1p19q intact, and IDH mutant/1p19q co-deleted), brain lesions, tumefactive multiple sclerosis, brain metastases, central nervous system lymphoma and controls genotyped on the Affymetrix Axiom Precision Medicine array. Data from this study were used for case/control association studies and developing polygenic risk scores.]]> Inclusion:Subjects had to be consented at 18 years of age or older.
