Dataset for "Transcriptional Signatures of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Infection Using Relaxed Magnitude Altitude Score with Hub-Centric Network Analysis (RMAS-HCNA)"

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Transcriptional Signatures of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Infection Using Relaxed Magnitude Altitude Score with Hub-Centric Network Analysis (RMAS-HCNA).” It includes processed NanoString nCounter expression data for RSVA-, RSVB-, and Mock-infected airway organ tissue equivalents at 24 and 72 hours post infection, together with complete differential-expression and RMAS results for IAV, hMPV, RSVA, and RSVB at 24 and 72 hours. The IAV and hMPV data were originally generated and reported in Rezapour et al., “Exploring the host response in infected lung organoids using NanoString technology: A statistical analysis of gene expression data,” PLOS ONE, 2024, PMID: 39591472. ## Files - **RSVA_RSVB_Mock_Ready.csv** Processed NanoString nCounter expression matrix for RSVA, RSVB, and matched Mock samples at 24 and 72 hours post infection.
