This dataset encompasses annual reports of all historical constituent stocks of the S&P 500 index spanning the period from 2010 to 2022. These reports are derived from 10-K filings obtained via the SEC EDGAR database. Furthermore, the dataset provides the n-day future returns of each company’s stock price following the filing date of each respective filing.
