data for HCl-selective ionization reactions for improved Cl detection robustness in post-inductively coupled plasma chemical ionization

This work addresses improvement in elemental Cl detection by developing selective chemical ionization reactions for ionization of HCl produced from introduction of chlorinated compounds into an inductively coupled plasma. The files are produced using a QExactive Orbitrap mass spectrometer and then converted to .mzml for access by openaccess software. The folders contain Word documents outlining experimental conditions for the files included within the folders.
