CDDP-EAGLE-1

DICOM converted whole slide images of H&E-stained frozen sections of primary lung adenocarcinoma tumor tissue from 49 subjects in the Environment And Genetics in Lung cancer Etiology (EAGLE) study, a population-based case-control study conducted in the Lombardy region of Italy (2002-2005). The original Aperio SVS slide images were obtained from the GDC and converted to DICOM Slide Microscopy format.
