Scientific data from paper: The mitotic spindle is chiral due to torques within microtubule bundlesBundles in 3D images of metaphase spindles of human cells were tracked manually using Multi-point tool in Fiji (ImageJ).Attached tables contain the coordinates (x, y, z) of all bundles and spindle poles. Coordinates of bundles and poles from images of spindles were transformed so that both poles are on the z-axis. First and last row of each table contain coordinates of spindle poles.
