Data from: Phosphorylation of α-synuclein fibrils at S129 changes DNAJB1 binding as probed by solid-state NMR

Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, electron microscopy (EM) images, and mass spectrometry data. EM and NMR files are sorted according to 4 different sample conditions (α-synuclein fibrils with and without phophorylation at S129 and with and without DNAJB1). NMR data come with processed nmrPipe format spectra and corresponding nmrPipe processing scripts.核磁共振波谱（Nuclear magnetic resonance, NMR）、电子显微镜成像图（Electron microscopy, EM）与质谱数据。电子显微镜与核磁共振文件依据4种不同的样本条件进行分类：即S129位点存在磷酸化与不存在磷酸化的α-突触核蛋白纤丝，且分别伴随与不伴随DNAJB1。核磁共振数据包含经处理的nmrPipe格式波谱文件，以及对应的nmrPipe处理脚本。
