CUT&Tag assays were performed in H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells to profile genome-wide binding of hnRNPK. An IgG antibody was used as a negative control. Paired-end sequencing was conducted on an Illumina platform, and the data were used to identify hnRNPK binding sites and integrate with transcriptomic analyses. Overall design: CUT&Tag was performed using an hnRNPK antibody and IgG control in H1299 cells. Raw sequencing reads were aligned to the human reference genome, peaks were called, and genomic distribution and target gene annotation were analyzed.
