Supplementary material for the article "Investigating the shared genetic architecture between post-traumatic stress disorder and neurodegenerative diseases"

A series of graphs and raw data output by the original code are published here for query, reproduction and verification. The visual results derived from the FUSION/COJO TWAS algorithms are retained here for easy reference and to facilitate further analysis of additional results of interest.We also present the co-localization results of each Bayesian framework for readers' convenience.At the same time, we published the latest meta-results of MTAG and CPASSOC on PTSD and neurodegenerative diseases.All FOCUS fine-mapped loci are stored and available.本研究公开了由原始代码生成的系列图表与原始数据，以供查询、复现与验证使用。本研究保留了基于FUSION/COJO TWAS算法得到的可视化结果，以便于参考，同时助力针对感兴趣的额外结果开展进一步分析。为方便读者查阅，本研究同时提供了各贝叶斯框架（Bayesian framework）的共定位分析结果。与此同时，本研究公开了MTAG与CPASSOC针对创伤后应激障碍（Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD）及神经退行性疾病的最新元分析结果。所有经FOCUS精细定位的位点均已存储并可对外获取。
