Abstract This repository contains the raw data and R analysis scripts associated with the study "Therapeutic effect of Yoga Nidra and Chandra nadi Pranayama on cardio-respiratory parameters in hypertensive patients." Contents YN_Data.xlsx: Raw physiological data (SBP, DBP, HR, RR) for Intervention and Control groups. Master_Analysis.R: A fully reproducible R script for statistical analysis (Fisher's Exact, ANOVA, Friedman, T-tests) and figure generation. Usage Download the folder, open Master_Analysis.R in RStudio, and run the script.
