This dataset comprises short-text messages related to earthquakes on Weibo, collected in the aftermath of five major and catastrophic earthquakes that occurred in China. The dataset was primarily obtained via web crawling in accordance with Python programming conventions, and it is mainly designed for information extraction tasks in the aftermath of earthquake disasters.
