POC detection training data and weights

The data and labels used to train the POC detection algorithm used in support of this publication: https://doi.org/10.1029/2020GL092213. The associated model weights were also saved after training to aid reproducibility.本数据集包含用于训练支撑该学术论文（https://doi.org/10.1029/2020GL092213）中所使用的POC检测算法（POC detection algorithm）的数据与标签。训练完成后，相关的模型权重亦已保存，以助力研究结果可复现。
