Contains the NMR datasets pertaining to the analysis of 4-O-methyldavidigenin (syn. DMC-2, Pubchem CID 578444), the knocked-out fraction containing DMC-2 and its isomer 4'-O-methyldavidigenin (syn. DMC-1 Pubchem CID 2762958), and elemicin (Pubchem CID 10248) identified in the crude ethanol extract of Artemisia dracunculus L. (PMI-5011). This dataset also contains the 1H NMR fingerprints of PMI-5011 Crude Extract (CE) and Knock-Out Extract (KOE). Additionally, the biological data related to figures 1, 4 and 5 of this manuscript are combined is a single tabulated spreadsheet.
