Prognostic Value of DANH Axis (D-Dimer, Albumin, Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio, Hemoglobin) for Clinical Risk Stratification in Lung Cancer

Prognosis in lung cancer is strongly influenced by systemic biological alterations. Although individual biomarkers related to coagulation, inflammation, and nutritional status have been investigated, their integrated prognostic value has not been fully elucidated. This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic significance of a novel composite index—the DANH score (D-dimer, Albumin, Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio [NLR], and Hemoglobin)—in clinical risk stratification of patients with lung cancer.肺癌的预后结局强烈受全身生物学异常改变的影响。尽管学界已针对与凝血功能、炎症状态及营养状况相关的单一生物标志物开展了诸多研究，但此类标志物的联合预后价值尚未得到完全阐明。本研究旨在评估一项新型复合指标——DANH评分（包含D-二聚体(D-dimer)、白蛋白(Albumin)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio, NLR)及血红蛋白(Hemoglobin)）在肺癌患者临床风险分层中的预后价值。
