This repository contains the processed datasets and supplementary materials supporting the analysis presented in: Erkoç, M.H. (2026). Epoch-dependent bias in geodetic estimates of vertical land motion from tide-gauge records. The dataset provides all derived quantities used in the study, enabling full reproducibility of the results and figures. Contents: 1. Supplementary_S1 (Station-level results and regime summaries)- Station-level VLM estimates derived from ALT–TG decomposition- Bias estimates relative to GNSS (full record and post-1993)- Epoch-contamination values (Δ_epoch = Bias_full − Bias_post93)- Regime classification and clustering outputs used in Table 1 and Fig. 2 2. Supplementary_S2–S3 (Statistical robustness and sensitivity tests)- Jackknife resampling results (leave-one-out)- Monte Carlo subsampling outputs (leave-10-out, 2000 realizations)- Structural break analysis (Bai–Perron)- Record-length and window-length sensitivity tests 3. Supplementary_S4 (GNSS co-location sensitivity)- Distance-based sensitivity analysis between tide gauges and GNSS stations- Subset statistics for stations within 20 km 4. Supplementary_Table_S1 (AR6 projection sensitivity scenarios)- Regime-level sea-level projections under SSP2-4.5- Four bias-correction scenarios (constant, decaying, post-1993 only, non-atmospheric residual)- Scenario spread used to quantify epistemic uncertainty 5. ERA5 inverse barometer (IB) dataset- Basin-level atmospheric pressure trends- Pre- and post-1993 IB contributions- Adjusted coefficients for semi-enclosed basins 6. Processed input datasets- Matched GNSS–tide gauge station pairs- ERA5 pressure time series at station locations- AR6 projection values used for scenario propagation All datasets are provided in machine-readable CSV format and correspond directly to the results, tables, and figures presented in the manuscript. No additional processing is required to reproduce the reported findings.
