Downregulation of BLID in breast cancer has been correlated with poor disease-free survival and overall survival. We used RNA arrays to study the effects of BLID knockdown on gene expression profiles and to identify downstream effectors of BLID in breast cancer cells. The Affymetrix GeneChip Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 arrays (HG-U133 Plus 2.0) were used for transcriptomics analysis of MDA-MB-231, LCC9 and MCF7 breast cancer cells stably transfected with BLID Mission shRNA lentiviral clone (SHCLNV,TRCN0000254447) or control shRNA particles (SHC202V, Mission@TRC2 pLKO.5-puro). Transcriptomics data were obtained from four RNA arrays per treatment group (BLID shRNA knockdown vs. control shRNA) in each cell line.
