The dataset consists of the digitised plant boards from the publications “Deep tectonics of the Ruhrcarbon” and “Deep tectonics of West German hard coal deposits”. The data is available as a vector dataset. Available map themes: Carbon surface and tectonics, total carbon dioxide (left Rhine, Inde Revier, Wurm Revier, Erkelenzer Revier), Emscher and Essener Hauptmulde, Dorstener Hauptsattel, Lippe Hauptmulde, Wittener Hauptmulde, Ibbenbürener carbon cholle and Werra salt.
