This table provides key figures on environmental investments and environmental costs incurred by companies (with 10 or more employees) in the mineral, industrial, energy and water sectors.
The concept of ‘environment’, as used in this table, covers the living environment outside the premises, including the soil climate or the soil below that site.
Data available from: 2012
Status of the figures:
The figures for the years 2012-2019 are final and the figures for the year 2020 are provisional.
Final figures will only be revised if it appears that significant adjustments are necessary.
Changes as of 16 August 2021:
The provisional figures for 2019 have been replaced by final figures and provisional figures for 2020 have been added.
When are new figures coming?
Final results for 2020 and preliminary results for 2021 will be available in the 3 rd quarter of 2022.
