RNA-sequencing analysis of SD rat abdominal wall treated with adhesive or non-adhesive implant

We utilize bulk RNA-seq to profile the mRNA expression in day 3 and day 14 post-implantation of SD rat abdminal wall treated with adhesive or non-adhesive implants Adhesive or non-adhesive implant was implanted to the abdominal wall of SD rat. The tissue was collected on day 3 or day 17 post-implntation for downstream analyses. mRNA profile from abdominal wall treated with adhesive implant (n=4) and non-adhesive implant (n=4) were examined for each time points (day 3 and day 14 post-implantation).
