Register of project documentation of social-municipal and residential objects in the field of technical-gas surveillance (mun. Chisinau)

Registration of the IPO project documentation shall be carried out in the Project Register of Profile Inspections. The project documentation of the IPO shall be submitted to the profile inspections based on the applicant’s request after the registration of the application referred to in the Coordination and Analysis Technical Section of IPSSTOIP and endorsement by the head of IPSSTOIP. After checking the IBO project documentation, the sector inspector of the profile inspection shall be assigned the serial number according to the register, after which the special stamp shall be affixed to the explanatory memorandum of the project. The stamp shall be completed (indicate the registration number of the project, the date of registration and the signature of the inspector who registered the project).
