Single-cell whole-genome sequencing of cerebral cortical progenitor cells from fetal alcohol syndrome model

The purpose of this research is to improve our understanding of how ethanol exposure to the fetal brain can effect unique changes in the genome of single cells. Specifically, we are looking for mosaic copy number variations (CNVs). Understanding this will teach us more about the disease-relevance of somatic CNVs outside of cancer.
