This work examined the expression patterns and regulatory responses of long non-coding RNA and mRNA in 12-day waterlogging-treated rye seedlings using transcriptome sequencing, GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis, qPCR, and PPI. These findings will aid in the identification of genes that actively contribute to rye's ability to adjust to stress in the face of WS caused by global warming and will provide breeders with insight into rye breeding.
