X-Ray synchrotron diffraction data for the tryptophan synthase subunit alpha from Streptococcus pneumoniae with 3D domain swap in the core of TIM barrel. The diffraction images were collected to the resolution of 2.54 Å at the APS beamline 19-ID in Argonne at 100K using ADSC Quantum 315r detector. 180 images were recorded with crystal-to-detector distance 300mm, the direct beam position x=1582.82px, y=1485.54px and X-ray wavelength 0.97932 Å and the oscillation angle 1°.

本数据集为源自肺炎链球菌(Streptococcus pneumoniae)的色氨酸合酶α亚基的X射线同步辐射衍射数据,该蛋白在TIM桶(TIM barrel)核心区域存在3D结构域交换(3D domain swap)现象。衍射图像于阿贡实验室先进光子源(Advanced Photon Source, APS)19-ID光束线采集,采集温度为100K,使用ADSC Quantum 315r探测器,最终衍射分辨率达2.54 Å。本次实验共记录180张衍射图像,设置晶体与探测器间距为300mm,直射光束位置为x=1582.82px、y=1485.54px,X射线波长为0.97932 Å,摆动角为1°。
