A modeling study of the effect of bioirrigation and redox conditions on nitrogen isotope fractionation in sediments. Methods and model, as described in: Rooze J. and Meile C. (2016) The effect of redox conditions and bioirrigation on nitrogen isotope fractionation in marine sediments. Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta 184, 227-239. Data contains the model file (mph file, comsol version 4.4) - containing the baseline model implementation and an excel file containing the data parameter inputs for different simulations used in the sensitivity analysis.

本数据集对应一项关于生物灌溉(bioirrigation)与氧化还原条件(redox conditions)对沉积物中氮同位素分馏(nitrogen isotope fractionation)影响的模拟研究。该研究的方法与模型详见下述文献:Rooze J.与Meile C.(2016)发表于《Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta》第184卷第227-239页的论文《海洋沉积物中氧化还原条件与生物灌溉对氮同位素分馏的影响》。本数据集包含两类文件:其一为模型文件(mph文件,COMSOL 4.4版本),内含基准模型的实现代码;其二为Excel文件,收录了敏感性分析中各模拟场景的参数输入数据。
