Impedance Data for Hole Only Device for Sample1

Data for the investigation of multi-functional emissive materials (electron transporter cum emitter) for OLED applications. The materials have been developed by appending triphenyl-phosphine-oxide (Ph3P=O) (an electron transport enhancer) to the carbazole unit. We find that our TADF host 𝑆1 has better electron transporting capability than some standard electron transport materials (TAZ) while competitively similar with some others (AlQ3) being only slightly inferior to some (TPBi) and 2 order of magnitude smaller than some (BPhen). The device performance is improved due to the presence of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF).We report the fabrication of hole only device (HOD) based on the electron transport cum TADF emissive material 𝑆1. Employing impedance spectroscopy we determine the hole mobility, within reasonable limits.
