人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)已成为妇产科学领域一项具有变革意义的技术,可通过机器学习(Machine Learning)与深度学习(Deep Learning)算法提升诊断精准度。本研究旨在系统梳理妇产科学领域基于人工智能的诊断工具,并评估其临床应用性能。研究通过PubMed、Scopus及Web of Science数据库,对2018年至2025年发表的相关研究开展全面文献综述。对147项研究的分析结果显示,人工智能技术已应用于产前筛查(灵敏度91%~98%)、宫颈癌筛查(准确率89%~96%)、卵巢肿瘤分类(受试者工作特征曲线下面积(Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve, AUC)0.87~0.94)以及妊娠结局预测(精确率82%~91%)。基于人工智能的诊断工具展现出可观的应用前景,但在全面推广前,仍需开展严格的临床验证、偏倚缓解以及临床工作流程整合。
