WFS INSPIRE BPL Ortskern II — 1st change, area of mould foundry

WFS service of the urban development plan “Ortskern II — 1st change, area of mould foundry” of the municipality of Kirchheim am Neckar, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.内卡河畔基希海姆市（Kirchheim am Neckar）的城市开发规划“Ortskern II — 第一次修改：铸模厂区”所对应的WFS（Web Feature Service，要素服务），该服务以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成了适配转换。
