A gas‒solid injector acts as a power source in a pneumatic conveying system, and its structural parameters have a great influence on the injection and conveying performance of the system. This study uses a pure flow field experiment bed, a particle pneumatic injection experiment bed, and CFD‒DEM coupling simulation technology, as well as a gas‒solid injection experiment and gas‒solid coupling simulation datasets of gas‒solid injectors under four different particle mass flow rates, to present a pure flow field injection experiment and pure flow field simulation datasets of gas‒solid injectors with different structural parameters in the absence of particles. We evaluate the injection performance of gas‒solid injectors through the injection ratio, average pressure, transport time, conveying ratio, energy increasing ratio, and total energy consumption ratio. This dataset has great value for engineers and designers, providing a reference for designing gas‒solid injectors and other pneumatic conveying devices.

气固喷射器(gas-solid injector)是气力输送系统(pneumatic conveying system)中的动力源,其结构参数对系统的喷射与输送性能具有显著影响。本研究采用纯流场试验台、颗粒气力喷射试验台与CFD-DEM耦合仿真技术,结合四种不同颗粒质量流量下的气固喷射器气固喷射试验及气固耦合仿真数据集,构建了无颗粒工况下不同结构参数气固喷射器的纯流场喷射试验与纯流场仿真数据集。本研究通过喷射比、平均压力、输送时间、输送比、能量提升比与总能耗比,对气固喷射器的喷射性能开展评估。本数据集可为工程师与设计师提供重要参考,对气固喷射器及其他气力输送装置的设计具有较高应用价值。
