The Nortek Aquadopp Current Meter A2L5379 AQD8389 was deployed on 2013-04-23 at Juan de Fuca Strait. Juan de Fuca Strait is a large body of water that connects the Salish Sea to the Pacific Ocean. This device is a Current Meter. Acoustic Current Meters (ACM) measure current speed and direction, using the Doppler Effect.
