Everybody knows: barriers and incentives to reporting witnessed workplace harassment (Pride and Regret qualitative data)

Free text comments from participants in a survey exploring the witnessing of workplace harassment. They were asked if they felt pride or regret in their decision to report or not report the incident to HR.
