Long-read transcriptome dataset of tobacco across multiple tissues

In this study, we performed transcriptome investigation using samples collected from five distinct tobacco tissues: root, stem, leaf, flower, and axillary bud. Utilizing the PacBio Sequel II platform, we generated high-fidelity long-read sequencing data. We aim to provide this valuable dataset for genome annotation and regulatory studies in tobacco.
