Metadata for statistical data in combined transport

The project ‘KV-Stat - Feasibility Study for the Development of a Statistical Platform for Combined Transport’ is a mFUND project of funding line 1 funded by the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport (BMDV). It runs from September 2023 to February 2025. The data published here is a partial result of the project. Information on the project is available online: https://bmdv.bund.de/SharedDocs/DE/Artikel/DG/mfund-projekte/kv-stat.html The scientific approach of the feasibility study is based on a mix of methods from secondary and primary research. As part of the feasibility study, the following were identified: • Literature analyses (national / international), • secondary data analysis (databases, statistics, national/international) and • Primary survey of the demand side (expert interviews, workshops), to record the status quo and identify existing data gaps (including scope, timeliness, availability / transparency, location) as well as data needs. As a result of the feasibility study, there is a data catalogue with available statistics relevant to the target group of combined transport (CT) as well as the needs formulated by stakeholders. The resulting metadata on already available data was summarized and tabulated. There are two files: 1. Metadata inventory and demand (see section Content data) 2. Attributes for the description of the spreadsheets Metadata inventory and demand (see section Reference files) With the publication of the final report, parts of this data are visualized and interpreted. The publication in the Mobilithek serves as an intermediate step and proves that there are already numerous data sources that offer valuable insights into the KV and can be used for a demand-oriented statistics platform for the KV.本项目为“KV-Stat——联合运输统计平台开发可行性研究”，是由联邦数字与运输部（Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport, BMDV）资助的1号资助线mFUND项目，执行周期为2023年9月至2025年2月。此处发布的数据为本项目的阶段性成果。 该项目的相关信息可在线查阅：https://bmdv.bund.de/SharedDocs/DE/Artikel/DG/mfund-projekte/kv-stat.html 本可行性研究的科学研究方法融合了二手研究与一手研究的多元手段。作为可行性研究的组成部分，本次研究通过以下方式开展： • 文献分析（覆盖国内、国际范围） • 二手数据分析（涵盖数据库、统计资料，涉及国内、国际领域） • 需求方一手调研（包含专家访谈、专题研讨会） 以全面梳理行业现状，识别现存的数据缺口（包括覆盖范围、时效性、可获取性/透明度、数据分布）及数据需求。 本次可行性研究的成果包含一份面向联合运输（Combined Transport, CT）目标群体的可用统计数据目录，以及各利益相关方提出的相关需求。研究团队对现有数据的元数据进行了汇总与制表。本次发布包含两份文件： 1. 元数据清单与需求说明（详见「数据内容」章节） 2. 用于描述上述元数据清单与需求说明电子表格的属性字段说明（详见「参考文件」章节） 随着最终研究报告的发布，部分数据将得到可视化呈现与解读。本次在Mobilithek平台的发布属于阶段性推进工作，旨在证明目前已有众多数据源可为联合运输（KV）提供极具价值的行业洞察，且可用于构建面向需求导向的联合运输统计平台。
