Arabidopsis root gene expression during stress and recovery

Different stresses can affect root growth, and recovery from these stresses may occur via different mechanisms. This study was aimed at understanding which genes and gene pathways are differentially expressed between stress and recovery conditions in Arabidopsis seedling roots. This project is relevant to understanding which gene pathways improve stress resilience in plant roots.
