Microbial metatranscriptome of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate-degrading enrichement consortium

Bacterially-driven biodegradation of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is one of the most promising microbial remediation strategies. In order to fully understand the DEHP transformation process driven bacterial community, this study explored the microbial metatranscriptome of DEHP-degrading consortium enriched from soil ecosystem.
