We created isogenic mutiple myeloma and mouse embryonic fibroblast cell lines disrupted for KDM6A using CRISPR editing and Cre-mediated deletion. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq from 4 different cell lines. We also obtained RNA-seq from 1 isogenic cell line with and without IFN-alpha.
