Development plan Bramfeld 39 1st change Hamburg

The Act on Building Plan Bramfeld 39 of 19 May 1982 (HmbGVBl. 128), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505, 506) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Bramfeld 39 Development Plan” is added to the Act.
2. In Section 2(1), the following sentences are added:
‘In the commercial areas, retail establishments shall be prohibited, with the exception of mail-order and mail order sales outlets linked to business and geographical location. By way of exception, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing industries and establishments dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-stressing articles, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, shall be permitted to issue or store those articles. Apart from this, the parcel 8615 of Bramfeld, which is shown in a shaded form in the plant, is excluded. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479), is applicable.’
