The composition of intestinal microbiome regulates depression in mice

We created a mouse model of depression model. Metagenomic sequencing was used to detect the changes of intestinal microbes in different groups of mice, and the key microbial and metabolic pathways associated with the improvement of depression and treatment groups were identified through statistical analysis. Identify key biomakers for subsequent research.
