The Valuation Book contains the Council valuations for rateable properties situated within the Shire of Poowong and Jeetho.Information collected within the book contain Surname, Christian name, Nature of calling/Occupation of resident, Owner surname, Christian Name, Residence, if the person is the Occupying owner, Lessee, Assignee or Tenant, Residence of occupier and name of post-town or office, Description and situation of rateable property, Electoral District and Division, if leased the Terms of Lease, Net Annual Value (in pounds/pence), total number of people living at the property at time of the rating and general remarks.Areas covered include Jeetho, Korumburra, Bena, Lang Lang East, Poowong, Jumbunna, Nyora and Kongwak.
