GenBank Accession Numbers of Higher variability of bacterial communities across space than over time in Antarctic lakes, and contrasting assembly processes

This dataset contains the GenBank accession numbers for BioSamples and SRA of raw sequences extracted from 165 water and sediment samples was collected from 11 lakes , as part of the BioProject PRJNA1266680. Information on collection date, locality, latitude, longitude, isolation source, depth, and position within the lake is also included.本数据集收录了隶属于BioProject（BioProject）PRJNA1266680的研究项目中，从11个湖泊采集的165份水与沉积物样本所提取的原始序列对应的生物样本数据库（BioSamples）与序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）的GenBank登录号（GenBank accession numbers），同时包含各样本的采集日期、采样地点、纬度、经度、分离来源、采样深度以及湖泊内的采样位置等详细信息。
