Fusarium nematophilum strain:NQ8GII4 Raw sequence reads

Fusarium nematophilum NQ8GII4 is an endophytic fungus isolated from the root of healthy wolfberry (Lycium barbarum). Previous studies have reported that NQ8GII4 can compete with wolfberry to establish a symbiotic system that induces the defense response of wolfberry and enhances the resistance of wolfberry to root rot which caused by F. oxysporum f.sp. Lycium barbarum. Here, we present the genome sequence of NQ8GII4 strain.
