Replication Data for: Green Digital Finance, Low-Carbon Technological Innovation, and Corporate Green Total Factor Energy Efficiency

This dataset provides the replication data for an empirical study on the impact of green digital finance on corporate green total factor energy efficiency in China. The sample covers Chinese A-share listed firms from 2012 to 2023. The dataset includes measures of green digital finance, corporate green total factor energy efficiency, low-carbon technological innovation, firm-level control variables, and city-level variables used for spatial econometric analysis. Green digital finance is measured using a coupling model, while corporate green total factor energy efficiency is calculated using a two-stage SBM-DEA model. The data are used to examine whether green digital finance improves corporate green total factor energy efficiency, whether low-carbon technological innovation serves as a transmission mechanism, and whether green digital finance and low-carbon technological innovation generate spatial effects.本数据集为一项探究中国绿色数字金融（Green Digital Finance）对企业绿色全要素能源效率（Corporate Green Total Factor Energy Efficiency）影响的实证研究提供复现数据。研究样本涵盖2012至2023年中国A股上市公司。本数据集包含绿色数字金融、企业绿色全要素能源效率、低碳技术创新、企业层面控制变量以及用于空间计量分析（Spatial Econometric Analysis）的城市层面变量的相关测度指标。其中，绿色数字金融采用耦合模型进行测度，企业绿色全要素能源效率则通过两阶段SBM-DEA模型计算得到。本数据集可用于实证检验绿色数字金融能否提升企业绿色全要素能源效率、低碳技术创新是否作为传导机制发挥作用，以及绿色数字金融与低碳技术创新是否产生空间效应。
