Dataset for: A threshold-driven framework for mechanism-oriented zoning of cultivated land fragmentation in the Yellow River Basin

This dataset package contains derived county-level indicators, model-ready tables, SHAP and threshold exports, zoning outputs, and lightweight figure-reproduction support files for the manuscript "A threshold-driven framework for mechanism-oriented zoning of cultivated land fragmentation in the Yellow River Basin". The package is prepared to support reproducibility of the submitted/revised manuscript and does not redistribute large third-party raw datasets with independent repositories and licenses. Included contents cover: (1) county-level derived indicators and CLFI-related variables, (2) model-ready matrix with train/test split labels for CatBoost analysis, (3) county-level pattern classification outputs, (4) plot-ready SHAP/regression/LOWESS/histogram/threshold exports, (5) county-level merged means for mechanism-oriented zoning comparisons, and (6) lightweight plotting scripts for key derived figures. Upstream base datasets (e.g., CLCD, ASTER GDEM V3, climate products, LandScan, OpenStreetMap, and RESDC) should be obtained from their original sources and licenses.本数据集套件包含面向论文《黄河流域耕地破碎化（cultivated land fragmentation）机制导向分区的阈值驱动框架》的衍生县级指标、适配模型输入的表格、SHAP值与阈值导出文件、分区结果文件，以及用于复现研究图表的轻量级支撑文件。本套件专为支撑该投稿/修回论文的可重复性研究而制备，且不会重新分发拥有独立仓储与授权协议的大型第三方原始数据集。套件包含以下内容：(1) 衍生县级指标与CLFI相关变量；(2) 适配CatBoost分析、带有训练/测试集划分标签的模型输入矩阵；(3) 县级尺度的格局分类结果；(4) 可直接用于绘图的SHAP值、回归分析结果、LOWESS拟合结果、直方图与阈值导出文件；(5) 用于机制导向分区对比的县级合并均值数据集；(6) 用于生成关键衍生图表的轻量级绘图脚本。上游基础数据集（例如CLCD、ASTER GDEM V3、气候产品数据集、LandScan、OpenStreetMap以及RESDC）需从其原始来源获取，并遵循对应授权协议。
