Calcolithic Loom weight, Escoural Cave

Piece from the settlement located above the Escoural Cave, belonging to the collection of the Museu Nacional de Arqueologia, and integrated into the collection of the Convent Museum of São Domingos. This is a quadrangular ceramic loom weight. It shows perforation in both tops. It is made from a compact paste with fine grain non-plastic elements.
