HDF5 dataset containing the full simulation output for "Scaling Laws in Biologically-Motivated Three-Dimensional Voronoi Foams" (Wigder, 2025). The file stores results from 100 independent simulation runs: 20 runs at each of five division-bias levels (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90%), plus a matched Poisson-Voronoi baseline at every generation. Each run evolves a single-seed 3D periodic Voronoi tessellation through iterative biased cell division until the foam reaches ~2000 cells. Per generation, the file records cell seed coordinates, voxel volumes, centroids, face-count degrees, and the adjacency edge list. A parallel Poisson baseline (same cell count, uniformly random seeds, identical boundary conditions) is stored alongside each biased run. Data are organized hierarchically as /bias_{level}/run_{id}/generation_{id}/{seeds, volumes, centroids, degrees, edges} and /poisson/bias_{level}/run_{id}/generation_{id}/{...}. All analysis and figures in the paper are reproducible from this file using biased_voronoi3d_analysis.py, available at https://github.com/MalcolmWigder/biased-voronoi-foam.
